Pack Your Gear
Ensure all items are unworn and unwashed with original tags attached, then place them securely in their original packaging or a durable mailer.
Print & Post
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized postage location.
Processing & Refund
Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your new exchange items within 3-5 business days.
